Being a By-law to authorize the
execution of an Agreement between
the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering and Dungarvan Investments
Limited and Bidwell Homes Limited
The Corporation of the Town of Pickering ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor and the Clerk be authorized to
sign an Agreement between the Corporation of
the Town of Pickering and Dungarvan Investments
Limited and Bidwell Homes Limited with respect
to land exchange for the purposes of extending
Eyer Drive to Oklahoma Drive
