BY-LAW NUMBER 59/74
A By-law of the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering to appoint a
Town Manager.
WHEREAS R.S.O. 1970 C 284, Section 352, Sub-
Section 63 authorizes the appointment of certain officers
for the purpose of the Corporation;
AND WHEREAS By-law Number 58/74 established
the position of Town Manager and authorized the appoint-
ing of a person to the position.
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council
of the Town of Pickering that:
1. Lloyd F. Berryman be and he is hereby
appointed Town Manager for the Town of
Pickering and shall commence his duties
May 13th 1974.
2. The duties of the said Town Manager shall
be those as defined in By-law 58/74.
