Being a By-law to authorize the
signing of an Agreement between
the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering and the Durham Board
of Education
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
THAT the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute an
Agreement between the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
and the Durham Board of Education to vary the term of
agreement dated the 22nd day of February 1971 between
The Corporation of the Township of Pickering and The
Ontario County Board of Education, concerning the con-
struction and maintenance of a swimming pool at the
Dunbarton High School site
By-law read a First, Second and Third Time and PASSED
in open Council this day of 1974
