BY-LAW NUMBER
Being a By-law of the Corporation
of the Town of Pickering to appoint
a Treasurer-Collector
WHEREAS Section 352 (63) of the Municipal Act,
Revised Statutes of Ontario 1970, Chapter 284, Council
may appoint Officers of the Corporation;
THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF PICKERING THEREFORE ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
(a) That Mr. James Walls be and is hereby
appointed Treasurer-Collector for the Town
of Pickering.
(b) That the duties of the said Treasurer-Collector
shall be those defined in the Assessment Act
and the Municipal Act, as amended, together with
those duties prescribed by Council.
By-law Number 3/74 be and the same is hereby repealed.
By-law read a First, Second and Third time and PASSED
in Council this 6 0 day of *t 1974.
