Being a By-law to authorize the signing
of a Release dated March 18th 1974
between the Town of Pickering and
Roy C. Nurse Limited
The Corporation of the Town of Pickering enacts as follows:
1. That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign
a Release dated March 18th 1974 between the
Corporation of the Town of Pickering and Roy C.
Nurse Limited with respect to certain lands on
Plan M-997 and Plan M-998
By-law read a First, Second and Third Time and PASSED
this Lent day of ,c 1974
