Being a by-law to authorize the
execution of a deed conveying
Part of Lot 18, Concession 9,
to George Smith and June Smith.
The Corporation of the Town of Pickering ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute
a deed conveying part of Lot 18, Concession 9,
to George Smith and June Smith (closing of Robert
Street in Claremont and conveyance to abutting
owner).
By-law read a first, ??se,",cond and third time and PASSED
