Being a By-law to amend By-law
#4372/73.
WHEREAS the Age of Majority is recognized in the Province
of Ontario at 18 years of age;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Section 16 of By-law
#4372/73 be amended to read "the full age of eighteen
(18) years".
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED
in open Council this I day of h 44646 , 1974.
