Being a By-law of the Corporation
of the Town of Pickering to appoint
a Deputy Clerk.
WHEREAS Section 352 (63) of the Municipal Act,
Revised Statutes of Ontario 1970, Chapter 284, Council
may appoint officers of the Corporation;
THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF PICKERING THEREFORE ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
(a) That Mr. Joseph P. Myslik be and is hereby
appointed Deputy Clerk of the Corporation of
the Town of Pickering.
(b) That the duties of the said Deputy Clerk shall
be those as defined in Article 215 (2) of The
Municipal Act.
By-law read a First, Second and Third time and PASSED in
Council this 4 day of Mpi J. , , 1974.
