Being a By-law to authorize the
execution of a Site Plan Agreement
between the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering and
B. & P. Nielsen
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to
sign a Site Plan Agreement between B. & P. Nielsen
(Part Lot 17, Concession 1) and the Corporation
of the Town of Pickering.
By-law read a First, Second and Third Time and PASSED
