BY-LAW NUMBER 17/74
A By-law of the Corporation of
the Town of Pickering to appoint
a Warble-Fly Inspector for the
year of 1974.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering passed By-law 1942, which had the
effect of placing the Municipality under the provisions
of the Warble-Fly Act;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council
of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering that:
1. Gordon Gauslin be and is hereby appointed
Warble-Fly Inspector for the Town of Pickering.
2. The said Warble-Fly Control Inspector shall
comply with the regulations of the Warble-Fly
Act, collect all fees and pay same over to
the Town Treasurer as collected.
