BY-LAW NUMBER 15/74
A By-law of the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering to appoint
valuers of sheep and other live-
stock worried by dogs in the Town
of Pickering.
The Municipal Council of the Town of Pickering
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT Robert Malcolm and Grant Carson
be hereby appointed Valuers of Sheep and other
Livestock worried by dogs in the Town of Pickering
during the year 1974.
2. THAT the said Valuers of Sheep and other Livestock
shall continue to act as such after the expiration
of the year 1974 until their successors have been
appointed.
3. THAT the remuneration for the said Valuers of
Sheep and other Livestock shall be as follows:
For making each inspection of one or more
sheep or other animals, together with making
report as to same, $ 15.00 plus 15t per
mile.
By-law read a First, Second and Third time and PASSED
