BY-LAW NUMBER 8/74
Being a By-law of the Corporation
of the Town of Pickering to appoint
a Director of Recreation and
Transportation.
WHEREAS Section 352 (63) of the Municipal Act,
Revised Statutes of Ontario 1970, Chapter 284, Council
may appoint Officers of the Corporation;
THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF PICKERING THEREFORE ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
(a) That David E. Bass be and is hereby appointed
Director of Recreation and Transportation of
the Town of Pickering.
(b) That the duties of the said Director of Recreation
and Transportation shall be as defined in the
pertaining job description and from time to time
by Council.
