BY-LAW NUMBER 7/74
Being a By-law of the Corporation
of the Town of Pickering to appoint
a Fire Chief.
WHEREAS Section 3$2 (63) of the Municipal Act,
Revised Statutes of Ontario 1970, Chapter 284, Council
may appoint Officers of the Corporation;
THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF PICKERING THEREFORE ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
(a) That Donald Lynde be and is hereby appointed
Fire Chief for the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering.
(b) That the duties of the said Fire Chief shall be
those as defined in the pertaining job
description and from time to time by Council.
By-law read a First, Second and Third time and PASSED in
