BY-LAW NUMBER 2/74
A By-law of the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering to adopt a
Corporate Seal.
WHEREAS the Municipality of the Town of Pickering
is constituted a body corporate under Section 2, Sub-section (d)
of Bill Number 162 being an act to establish the Regional
Municipality of Durham; and whereas it is deemed expedient that
the Corporation adopt a form of Corporate Seal;
THEREFORE the Council of the Town of Pickering enacts
that the Corporate Seal of the Municipality of the Town of
Pickering shall be in the form impressed hereon.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and passed in Council
this h day of AMU /ZAI 1974.
