Being a By-law of the Corporation
of the Town of Pickering to
authorize the execution of a
Letter of Agreement between the
Corporation and Totten Sims
Hubicki Associates Limited with
respect to the Town of Pickering -
Road Needs Study
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to
execute a Letter of Agreement between the
Corporation of the Town of Pickering and
Totten Sims Hubicki Associates Limited
with respect to the Town of Pickering -
Road Needs Study.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED this
