BY-LAW NUMBER
Being a By-law of the Corporation
of the Town of Pickering to
authorize the execution of an
Agreement between the Town of Ajax
and the Corporation of the Town
of Pickering
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to
sign an agreement amending the Agreement
dated December 1st 1971 between the former
Township of Pickering and the Town of
Ajax with respect to garbage disposal.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED this
24th day of November , 1975.
