Being a By-law to amend By-law
Number 309/75 dealing with the
authorization of an Agreement
between the Ministry of Housing
and the Town of Pickering
WHEREAS the Agreement referred to in By-law Number 309/75
applied to two separate properties rather than the one noted
in the By-law.
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED that By-law Number 309/75 be
amended so that the last portion of the body of the By-law
will read:
"with respect to the Ontario Housing
Action Program, Block Y, Plan M-16,
Northdown Arcadialand Block J,
Plan M-998, Menkes Developments"
