Being a By-law of the Corporation
of the Town of Pickering to
authorize the execution of an
Agreement of Purchase and Sale
between the Corporation and
J.D.S. Investments Limited.
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized
to execute an Agreement of Purchase and
Sale between the Corporation of the Town
of Pickering and J.D.S. Investments Limited
being the most easterly 81.08 feet of
Part 32, Plan 40R-923
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED this
