Being a By-law to exempt certain parts of
Plan M-1025 from part lot control.
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering, pursuant
to Section 29, Subsection 5 of The Planning Act R.S.O. 1970,
Chapter 349, as amended, enacts as follows:
1. Subsection 4 of The Planning Act R.S.O. 1970, Chapter
349 does not apply to the registered lots that are
described as follows:
Registered Plan M-1025 - Lots 1 to 3 inclusive
Lots 6 to 15 inclusive
Lots 18 to 21 inclusive
Lots 25 to 29 inclusive
Lots 33 to 43 inclusive
Lots 46 to 59 inclusive
Lots 61 to 87 inclusive
Lots 90 to 103 inclusive
Lot 107
Lots 111 to 114 inclusive
Lot 116
Lot 117
Lots 119 to 127 inclusive
Lot 129
Lots 131 to 133 inclusive.
This By-law shall not come into effect until approved by the
Minister of Housing.
