Being a By-law to authorize the
execution of a Release between
the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering and John Donald Slack.
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor and Administrator-Clerk be authorized
to execute a Release dated the ? 04 day of October
1975, between the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
and John Donald Slack with respect to sewer agreemebt,
Lot 7 and the south half of Lot 6, Pickering.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED in
open Council this 144 t, day of October, 1975.
