THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING

Being a By-law to exempt certain parts of
Plans M-1037, M-1038, M-1039 from part
lot control.
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering, pursuant
to Section 29, Subsection 5 of The Planning Act R.S.O. 1970,
Chapter 349, as amended, enacts as follows:
1. Subsection 4 of The Planning Act R.S.O. 1970, Chapter
349 does not apply to the registered lots that are
described as follows:-
Registered Plan M-1037 - Lots 1 to 328 inclusive
Registered Plan M-1038 - Lots 399 to 505 inclusive
Registered Plan M-1039 - Lots 506 to 680 inclusive.
This By-law shall not come into effect until approved by the
Minister of Housing.
