Being a by-law to authorize
the execution of an easement
agreement between Elmer L.
and Ardath J. Bennett and the
Corporation of the Town of
Pickering.
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor and Administrator-Clerk be authorized
to execute an easement agreement between Elmer L.
and Ardath J. Bennett and the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering covering the granting of an
easement for storm sewer purposes on property
located on Part of Lot 27 in Concession 1.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED
this ilJ day of G2 1975.
