HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 288/75THE CORPORATION OF THE'TOWN OF PICKERING BY-LAW NUMBER Being a by-law to re-define Wards within the Town of Pickering WHEREAS the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1970, Chapter 284, Section 13 (2) provides that the Council of a local Municipality may apply to the Ontario Municipal Board for the division of the Municipality into Wards; AND WHEREAS as a result of increased population within the Town of Pickering it is deemed advisable to re-define { the Ward boundaries within the Town. TOWN OF PICKERIN..A' RECORDED V Yr BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED THAT: 1. The Town of Pickering shall be divided in three Wards, the boundaries of which are precisely defined in Schedule "A" attach and forming part of this By-law. A teoq I j __?
