Being a By-law to authorize the
execution of an Easement Agreement
between the Corporation of the Town
of Pickering and The Regional
Municipality of Durham
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor and Administrator-Clerk be
authorized to execute an Easement in favour
of the Regional Municipality of Durham, a
parcel of land running from Krosno Boulevard
to Balaton Avenue, for the purposes of
servicing a sanitary sewer on Block O, Plan M 12
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED
in open Council this Ly,A( day of ?1i4' ywti , 1975.
