Being a By-law of the Corporation
of the Town of Pickering to
authorize the execution of a Site
Plan Agreement between the
Corporation of the Town of Pickering
and Torwest Properties Limited
with respect to Part of Lot 19,
Range 31 Broken Front Concession
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to
execute a Site Plan Agreement between the
Corporation of the Town of Pickering and
Torwest Properties Limited with respect to
Part of Lot 19, Range 3, Broken Front
Concession.
By-law read a first, second and third time this 11th
day of August , 1975.
