Being a By-law for limiting the
number of Automobile Service
Stations and Public Garages and
to amend By-law Number 266/75
WHEREAS paragraph 133, Section 354 (1) of The Municipal
Act R.S.O. 1970, C. 284 and the amendments thereto provides
that by-laws may be passed for limiting the number of
Automobile Service Stations and Public Garages
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ENACTED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That Appendix "A", Schedule 1 of By-law 266/75
be amended to read:

1650 Kingston Road A. B. & F.
2. That By-law Number 266/75 be hereby amended
By-law read a First, Second and Vird time and PASSED this
