Being a By-law of the Corporation

authorize the execution of an
agreement between the Corporation
and Mallpaks Development Limited
In Trust with respect to a
Storm Drainage Easement -
Glendale Subdivision
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor and Administrator-Clerk be
authorized to execute an agreement between
the Corporation and Mallpalks Developments
Limited In Trust with respect to a Storm
Drainage Easement in the Glendale Subdivision
