Being a By-law of the Corporation
of the Town of Pickering to
authorize the execution of a
Site Plan Agreement between the
Corporation of the Town of Pickering
and Bramalea Consolidated Developments
Limited with respect to Part of Lot 25,
Concession 1, Proposed Industrial
Building
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor and Administrator-Clerk be
authorized to execute a Site Plan Agreement
between the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering and Bramalea Consolidated Developments
Limited with respect to Part Lot 25, Concession 1,
Proposed Industrial Building.
By-law read a first and second time this day of
1975.
Mayor Administrator-Clerkk
By-law read a third time and finally passed this
day of 1975.
