Being a By-law of the Corporation
of the Town of Pickering to
authorize the execution of a
Subdivision Agreement between
the Corporation and Pictown Holdings
Limited
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor and Administrator-Clerk be
authorized to execute a Subdivision Agreement
dated the 30th day of May , 1975
between the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering and Pictown Holdings Limited
By-law read a first and second time this day of
. 1975.
