A by-law of the Corporation of
the Town of Pickering for the
Municipality to take over and
assume certain streets.
WHEREAS J.D.S. Investments Limited under an agreement
agreed to build certain streets to a certain standard and
the construction of such streets has been approved by
the Director of Public Works;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Council of the Town of
Pickering that:
(1) The following named streets be assumed by the Town
of Pickering as of the date of the passing of this
by-law:
From To
1. Glenanna Road Kingston Road Industrial Road
2. Industrial Road Glenanna Road Liverpool Road
By-law read a first, second and third time and passed
