Being a By-law of the Corporation
of the Town of Pickering to
authorize the execution of an
offer to Purchase between the
Corporation and Ontario Land
Corporation with respect to the
Works/Transit Centre in Part Lot
20, Concession 3
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor and Administrator-Clerk be
authorized to execute an Offer to Purchase
between the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
and Ontario Land Corporation with respect to
the Works/Transit Centre in Part Lot 20,
Concession 3
By-law read a first and second time this ° day of
