Being a by-law to authorize the
execution of a site plan
agreement between the Corporation
of the Town of Pickering and
Inducon Holdings Limited
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to
execute a site plan agreement between the
Corporation of the Town of Pickering and
Inducon Holdings Limited, dated the 15th
day of March, 1975.
