Being a By-law of the Corporation
of the Town of Pickering to
authorize the execution of an
agreement between the Corporation
and Brock North General Contractors
Limited
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute
an agreement dated the day of hUo , 1975
between the Corporation of the Townof Pickering and
Brock North General Contractors Limited with respect
to the construction of a dwelling unit on Part of
Lot 3, Plan 282 in the Town of Pickering
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED this
day of J'.j 1975.
