A By-law of the Corporation of
the Town of Pickering, being a
street numbering by-law to amend
the street numbers on Faylee
Crescent in Registered Plan M-997
WHEREAS R.S.O. 1970, Chapter 284, Section 363 (9)
authorizes a municipality to pass by-laws to number
houses and lots within its bounderies;
AND WHEREAS it is deemed necessary to alter the
street numbers on certain lots in Registered Plan M-997;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Council of the
Corporation of the Town of Pickering that the following
street numbers be designated to the various lots
'in Plan M-997.

By-law Number 135/74 is hereby amended to the extent
required by this By-law
By-law read a first, second and third time
and passed in open Council this § 1, day of `KiU' 1975.
