Being a By-law of the Corporation
of the Town of Pickering to authorize
the execution of a Release between
the Corporation and Dabo Construction
Limited
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute
a Release between the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering and Dabo Construction Limited with respect
to the subject matter of the proceedings commenced
in the Supreme Court of Ontario by Writ Number
3836/71 and all claims relating thereto.
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed
this Myr day of b7'"" , 1975.
