Being a By-law of the Corporation
of the Town of Pickering to authorize
the execution of an Agreement between
the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering and Irwin/Beinhaker and
Partners (IBI Group)
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute
an Agreement between the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering and Irwin/Beinhaker and Partners (IBI Group)
for Consulting Services for the Regional District
Centre Study for the Town of Pickering.
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally
passed this ;y day of 1975.
