Being a By-law to dedicate certain
lands as public highway pursuant
to s. 443 of The Municipal Act,
R.S.O. 1970 (Radom Street)
WHEREAS lands have been conveyed to the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering for use as a public highway and it is
deemed necessary to dedicate the said lands as a public
highway.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED by the Council
of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering that the lands
designated as Parts 1 and 2, on Reference Plan WR-306 and
more particularly described as:
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and
premises situate, lying and being in the Town of Pickering,
Region of Durham, and Province of Ontario, and being composed
of all of Block MX according to a plan registered in the
office of Land Titles in the Town of Whitby and those parts
of Block Z according to said Registered Plan M-16 designated
as Parts 1 and 2 on a plan recorded in the said Office of Land
Titles as Number WR-306 and hereby dedicated as public highway.
FOR PURPOSES OF ILLUSTRATION ONLY, the said lands are shown
on the attached copy of survey deemed Schedule "A" to this
by-law.
By-law read a First, Second and Third Time and PASSED in open
