Being a By-law of the Corporation
of the Town of Pickering to authorize
the execution of an Agreement between
the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering and Erich Otto Reprich
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to
execute an Agreement between the Corporation
of the Town of Pickering and Erich Otto Reprich
to permit the existing well to remain where
located and to replace the existing pipe
from the well to his property.
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed
this day of 1975.
