BY-LAW NUMBER 159/75
Being a By-law to authorize the
signing of a Release between the
Corporation of the Town of
Pickering and Walter and Lydia
Tymoshenko.
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized to
sign a Release dated the 46 A day of
January, 1975 between the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering and Walter and Lydia
Tymoshenko with respect to payment of lot
development fee and parks fee.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED
in open Council this ?b t? day of January, 1975.
