BY-LAW NUMBER
Being a By-law to authorize the
execution of an Easement Agreement
between the Corporation of the Town
of Pickering and The Regional
Municipality of Durham
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor and Clerk be authorized
to execute an Easement in favour of the
Regional Municipality of Durham for the
401 Interceptor sewer west of Sandy Beach
Road and south of Parkham Crescent.
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED
in open Council this o day of ,
