BY-LAW NUMBER
Being a By-law of the Corporation
of the Town of Pickering to appoint
members to the Town of Pickering
Committee of Adjustment.
WHEREAS Section 41 (1) of the Planning Act, R.S.O.
1970 provides for the constituting and appointing
of a Committee of Adjustment;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED by the Municipal Council of
the Town of Pickering that;
The following are hereby appointed as Members for the
periods indicated:
Mr. Gerald Allman
Mr. H. Driesschen
Mr. George Millburn
To January 1, 1977
To January 1, 1976
To January 1, 1978
The Members shall be paid $25.00 per diem, plus 15C
per mile necessarily travelled in this capacity.
This By-law shall become effective on date of passing.
By-law read a First, Second and Third time and PASSED
this day of January, 1975.
