Being a By-law to amend By-law Number 500/76
authorizing the execution of a Site Plan
Agreement between the Corporation of the Town
of Pickering and Irene Dorothy Russell with
respect to Lots 3 and 4, Plan 282 (LD 199/75)
WHEREAS on the 1st day of November, 1976, the Council of
the Corporation of the Town of Pickering passed By-law Number
500/76 authorizing the execution of a Site Plan Agreement between
the Corporation of the Town of Pickering and Irene Dorothy Russell
with respect to Lots 3 and 4, Plan 282 (LD 199/75);
AND WHEREAS reference made therein to Lot 3, Plan 282, was
made by inadvertance and was not intended to be made;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering
hereby enacts as follows:
1. The preamble to By-law 500/76 is hereby amended by deleting
therefrom the term "Lots 3 and 4" and by substituting in place of
that term the term "Lot 4".
2. Section 1 of the said By-law is hereby amended by deleting
therefrom the term "Lots 3 and 4" and by substituting in place of
that term the term "Lot 4".
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED
