Being a By-law to amend By-law 2511,
as amended
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Pickering deems it desirable to amend further the provisions
of By-law 2511 as amended;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN
OF PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Subclause 2 of clause (a) section 2.46 of
By-law 2511 is hereby repealed.
2. This By-law shall come into effect on the
day that it is approved by the Ontario
Municipal Board, unless that Board directs
otherwise.
