A by-law to repeal By-law 3938/71 and
By-law 4142/72.
WHEREAS By-law 3938/71 was passed by the Council of the
Corporation of the Township of Pickering on the 18th day of
January, 1971 to adopt the Official Plan of the Township of
Pickering Planning Area;
AND WHEREAS By-law 4142/72 was passed by the Council of the
Corporation of the Township of Pickering on the 21st day of
February, 1972 to adopt Amendment No. 2 to the Township of
Pickering Official Plan;
AND WHEREAS it is now deemed expedient to repeal the
provisions of By-laws 3938/71 and 4142/72;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICRERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-laws Number 3938/71 and 4142/72 be and the same are
hereby repealed.
READ A FIRST AND SECOND TIME THIS DAY OF ( 1976.
READ A THIRD TIME AND PASSED THIS DAY OF ?,?:?_? , 1976.
