Being a By-law to authorize the execution
of a Lot Grading Agreement between the
Corporation of the Town of Pickering and
Donald George Cartier and Mary Jo Cartier
with respect to Part Lot 27, Concession 1,
Part Block 3, Plan 353 (LD 248/76 and
249/76)
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized
to execute a Lot Grading Agreement between
The Corporation of the Town of Pickering
and Donald George Cartier and Mary Jo Cartier
with respect to Part Lot 27, Concession 1,
Park Block 3, Plan 353 (LD 248/76 and 249/76).
By-law read a first, second and third time and PASSED
this 7 a' day of 1976.
