BY-LAW NUMBER
Being a by-law of the Corporation of the
Town of Pickering to amend Restricted Area
By-law 187/75 and By-law 472/76 which
implements the Official Plan of the Town
of Pickering, District Planning Area,
Region of Durham in Part Lot 30, Plan 509,
Town of Pickering.
THE COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING DEEMS IT EXPEDIENT TO ENACT
AS FOLLOWS:-
1. Schedule "B" of By-law 187/75 as amended by By-law 472/76
is hereby further amended by changing Item No. 2 under
"Provisions: Maximum Building Coverage - 338" so that it
will read "Maximum Building Coverage - 38%".
2. By-law 187/75 as amended by By-law 472/76 is further amended
only to the extent necessary to give effect to the changes
noted herein.
