BY-LAW NUMBER
Being a By-law to amend By-law Number 266/75
limiting the number of automobile service
stations and public garages
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Section A of Part 2 of By-law Number 266/75 is hereby
repealed and the following substituted therefor:
A. The number of public garages which may be
operated or used in the Town of Pickering
is limited to 27, being those listed in
Schedule 2 to Appendix "A" attached hereto.
2. Schedule 1 to Appendix "A" attached to the said By-law
is amended by deleting the term "S. & W" and by substituting therefor
the term "William Virdiramo, carrying on business as Virdiramo Gas &
Variety".
3. Schedule 1 to Appendix "A" attached to the said by-law
is further amended by deleting the term "Hilton's Texaco" and by
substituting therefor the term "Harvey W. Allen carrying on business
as Harvey's Texaco".
4. Schedule 2 to Appendix "A" attached to the said By-law is
amended by deleting the term "Brougham Garage" and by substituting
therefor the term "Donald Uens, carrying on business as Three Star
Garage".
5. Schedule 2 to Appendix "A" attached to the said By-law is
further amended by adding thereto the following:

as "T & M Transportation"

Contidecor Ltd., carrying on
business as "Contidecor Ltd.
Rent a Motorhome"
Aubrey M. Kalpage and Rohan
Kalpage, carrying on business
