HomeMy WebLinkAboutBy-law 511/76THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING BY-LAW NUMBER ?, i 1/_7 b Being a By-law to authorize the sale of land in Lot 18, Range 3, Broken Front Concession (Part 1, Plan 40R-3303) WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner in fee simple of certain lands in Lot 18, Range 3, Broken Front Concession specifically designated as Part 1 on Plan 40R-3303; AND WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Pickering no longer requires those lands for municipal purposes; NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a deed between the Corporation of the Town of Pickering and Jack Jacobsen Construction Limited with respect to that part of Lot 18, Range 3, Broken Front Concession, Town of Pickering, designated as Part 1 on Plan 40R-3303.
