Being a By-law to amend By-law Number 55/74) IJzt. ?/ 7?,
prohibiting heavy traffic.
WHEREAS By-law Number 55/74 prohibits heavy traffic on
certain highways within the Municipality, and
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to restrict further high-
ways from heavy traffic,
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF PICKERING
hereby enacts as follows:
1. Section 2 of By-law Number 55/74, as amended by
By-laws Number 140/74 and 438/76, are hereby
further amended by adding thereto the following:
