Pickering as "through highways and
to amend By-law 353/76

WHEREAS Clause 33 of Subsection 1 of Section 1 of The Highway
Traffic Act, defines "through highway" as a highway or part
of a highway designated as such by the Minister or by by-law
of a municipality and every such highway shall be marked by
a stop sign or yield right-of-way sign in compliance with the
regulations of the Ministry; and
WHEREAS it is desirable to amend By-law Number 353/76;
BE IT THEREFORE ENACTED that Schedule I of By-law Number
353/76 is hereby amended by the additbn of the following:
